  • Calendly bookings: name, email, selected time slot
  • Anonymized navigation data via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Purposes: response to commercial inquiries, meeting scheduling, audience measurement.

Retention period: 3 years from the last contact for prospect data, 13 months for analytics cookies.

Your rights: under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact dorian.lannuzel@otium-ai.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
